JTNEWS: April 2015 – FRIDGE IN RIO GRANDE DO SUL WITH RECALFRIO AND SIRESP SYSTEMS WILL BE MORE MODERN IN LATIN AMERICA

Seberí – RS, will soon have the most modern refrigerator in Latin America, the venture will be fully sustainable. The inauguration is scheduled for May 22 next.

It is expected that in Labema fridge, are slaughtered 2000 pigs per day, although it has the capacity to slaughter 4000 animals / day future.

What makes Labema the most modern refrigerator in Latin America, is the fact that it is totally sustainable, with the use of systems Recalfrio and Siresp.

The Siresp includes: wastewater treatment and reuse of all water used, generation of all energy that is consumed at the plant, through the use of swine manure and waste from the factory in the production of methane gas to feed the boiler, subsequently generating electricity for the entire fridge, still having a surplus that will be provided to the local concessionaires.

The Recalfrio system will produce all cold -5 ° C and -35 ° C, and the hot water for the whole plant. Unlike traditional fridges, there will be no compressor installed for cold production.
